Dana has extensive knowledge of the area, along with her personality and outstanding skills, enable her to offer clients the absolute the best service possible.  Dana’s husband, Kevin, also works as a sales associate with Bay River Realty.  They have three children, Sara, Ava, and Caleb.  When not assisting clients, Dana enjoys activities such as boating, watching her kids play sports and time with her family. 

Kevin Wilson is a sales associate with Bay River Realty.  He is a life-long resident of the Northern Neck with a background in residential construction, primarily drywall and flooring.  After owning a flooring installation business for more than 20 years, Kevin made a move to residential and land sales.  He is very familiar with the geography and the people of the Northern Neck, and has built many relationships over the years with customers and business owners.  Kevin has an attention for details and will go the distance to exceed his client’s expectations.  Whether you are looking to buy or sell, Kevin would be honored to assist.  When not working with clients, Kevin enjoys activities with his family, especially hunting, fishing, gardening, and grilling.
